In dem Konsultationsschreiben zeigen wir auf, warum Investitionsschutz eine gro\u00dfe H\u00fcrde f\u00fcr wirksamen Klimaschutz ist: So f\u00fchrt etwa das Risiko von Forderungen fossiler Unternehmen vor Investitions-Schiedsgerichten dazu, dass Staaten aus Angst vor hohen Entsch\u00e4digungszahlungen weniger ambitionierte Klimaschutzma\u00dfnahmen ergreifen.
