Lithium in the Eastern Ore Mountains and the Transport and Energy Transition: An approach to the topic from different angles

Under the Osterz mountain ridge there is an important European lithium deposit, for which mining and processing plans are currently being developed and discussed on both the German and Czech sides. In short presentations, the speakers will shed light on various aspects - from the need for future raw materials and current plans, to the feared effects of mining and processing on people, nature and landscape, to opportunities for participation and development risks and opportunities for the region. Following the presentations, it is possible to ask questions and discuss them together with all speakers in the podium.
